IJC’s Arsen Ostrovsky address Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs on: ‘Digital Diplomacy in Europe’
The Israeli Jewish Congress (IJC) Executive Director Arsen Ostrovsky was honored last week to address the leadership of the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs (JCPA) on the topic of ‘Digital Diplomacy in Europe.’
JCPA is a leading Jerusalem-based independent research institute specializing in public diplomacy and foreign policy, focusing on Israel and the Middle East. It is headed by Dr. Dore Gold, Israel’s former Ambassador to the UN and Director-General of Israel’s Foreign Ministry and includes as Research Fellows some of the most respected academics, former diplomats, generals and experts in this field from Israel and abroad.
It was a very engaged group, with a robust discussion about the myriad of challenges and opportunities of using digital diplomacy to support Israel in Europe.
IJC looks forward to further joint collaboration with JCPA to help advance Israel’s national interests abroad, especially in Europe.
